Include Schedule, Print and Export buttons on handheld Analyze dashboards

When viewing an Analyze dashboard on a handheld device the Schedule, Print and Export buttons are not included.

While a user may not need to print a dashboard they might find it useful to be able to schedule an email and/or export the dashboard from a handheld device.

    These buttons also disappear if you zoom in too far on a regular screen or if your desktop browser window is narrow/small enough that it reduces the display to 1 instead of 2 columns.

    It seems to be some kind of bug in the rendering of the page, because why would you not have Schedule or Print if you're on a tiny laptop screen like mine? or if you've got your browser pinned to one half of your screen and your excel file to the other half.

    At any rate, I've mentioned this to the developers and put in a ticket about it last year.
