Add filter for NXT lists: "assigned to" is blank

I need to filter constituents who do not have an assigned fundraiser.  Please add this.

    And Development should notice there are a ton of other ideas related to this same topic that are not merged so it shows the clear picture of how many votes there are and high need for this.

    Yes and should be available on all list types including Opportunities to filter by Assigned Solicitor is blank.

    This would be such a useful filter to use with workflows to assign an action to someone on our team when a donor gives a large gift, but they are not already in someone's portfolio.


    This idea should also be merged with https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-2734

    We need this as well. We have a workflow set-up but no way to pull the list in NXT to see who got an action but isn't assigned. Pretty disappointing.
