I'd really like to encourage our fundraisers to use custom fields in actions, but since they are not filterable for lists, instead I have to have a long list of unnecessary action types to cover the needs of what needs to be searched. Same for opportunities -- I can't really justify why fundraisers should be using these if they can't act upon them in meaningful ways.
