Filter By & Column View Custom Fields in Lists (Opportunities & Actions)

Option to add custom fields to the column view and/or filter by these custom fields as you can in Constituent and Gift lists.

Currently, the only available fields to filter by when viewing all actions on a constituent record are:
Action category
Action date
Action status
Action Type
Fundraiser

We use a fair amount of custom fields on our Actions and really need to be able to sort and filter by these custom fields, too. I would like them to be available as well to add to the list of columns for viewing.

I'd really like to encourage our fundraisers to use custom fields in actions, but since they are not filterable for lists, instead I have to have a long list of unnecessary action types to cover the needs of what needs to be searched. Same for opportunities -- I can't really justify why fundraisers should be using these if they can't act upon them in meaningful ways.
