Make primary business information an output column on constituent lists Merged

Our front line fundraisers often need to visit people at their primary business location. Being able to see primary business address, organization name as a column in constituent lists and be able to use show on map feature with primary business addresses would be great.

    Business information, especially the name of the organization and the person's position, should be an output column, as it key to how how fund-raisers prioritize their outreach.

    Fundraisers feel this is a key piece of information when looking at and prioritizing outreach for any particular list of constituents in NXT.  Would be very helpful to at least have Org Name and Title as a Column.
