There was a patch a few months back which may have resolved and issue in manual entry of Credit Cards in RE Batch.
Now when we manually enter the last 4 digits of a credit card in RE Batch, the data disappears as the system believes there is missing data. We use an outside payment processor to process our online cc's. BB has said we need to enter the data like this to ensure it appears xxxxxxxxxxxx0000 Entering the full CC number.
Please note this problem doesn't exist when importing data through importomatic, only when manual entry takes place.
