Need to see emails and phone numbers of

Need to see emails and phone numbers of constituents on action lists not the relationship emails and phone numbers.

This is strange. I was told that this was in the design. Not sure why it would be designed this way. It would be more helpful to see the constituent's information without having to open the record.
