We have all our individuals linked with organizations, but it would be so much easier to also have an "organization" field on Bio 1 so that when I open records, I can clearly see where they work or what org. they're affiliated with (without going to the relationship tab), especially in web view. I want to see in List & Record View:

John Smith
United Way
Street Address
City, Sate, Zip
