The Outlook add-in is great if you just want to add the content of an email to a constituent record, but it's very limited for truly assigning actions. It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a solicitor, select whether the action is open or closed (it automatically marks actions added this way as closed, and we track actions by status), etc.
