I am often emailing with a lot of companies regarding giving. Relationships emails on the organization record type should pull into the RE NXT Outlook add-in. Right now the email of the contact has to be on the organizations main constituent record. Because we have multiple contacts at organizations we can't do that. Instead the relationship record has an email on it and that should work with the Outlook add-in so that I can easily add an action to the company and select the relationship I spoke with through email.
