In NXT I cannot open the Word file in actions created in RE

In RE I create letter actions by clicking "Letter" and then create the document and add as a new action.  When I open the action in NXT, I do not see the Word icon to open the letter to review the content.

    I agree with this one, it's a little thing but it's one of the few that push our users back into the database view!

     

    Surely it would be possible to link these word documents as attachments in RE NXT?
