Allow the ability to control Home page content or Hide home page for selected groups or users

Allow administrator/site hide content from selected group/users who would not need or use the new or webinars posted.  Batch entry users do not need this content.  Or allow for administrator/site to control the content or provide alternate content about internal processes or other useful information.

    It would be really really useful to be able to have more control over this page and its contents or alternatively if it shows or not.
