The new feature linking Gmail to RE and allowing emails to be saved as actions is very useful. When reviewing a list of actions for a constituent, the summary field is very useful in deciding which actions to read. Can the subject of the email be transferred to the summary (web view) and description (database view) fields. This content should be editable when adding the action within the Gmail system.
Absolutely agree on the Summary box. I'm also okay if there's at least a blank box for user to fill in the Summary. My export pulls the Summary vs. Notes.
