Update hosted version of Microsoft Word in Mail function

Currently when we run letters out of the Mail function in RE NXT (we are hosted by Blackbaud), the merged document opens in Word 2007.  The letter will not print correctly on our letter head so we have to copy and paste to our local version of MS Word 2016.  Would Blackbaud please consider updating the hosted MS Word to version 2016 or come up with a way for us to open it locally in our 2016 version?

    Agreed! Can't believe they are running such an old version! This causes us to do the extra step as well of copying it into our newer version of Word to make the necessary changes before we can do our mailings.  Please update the supported version of Word!!!
