do not allow upload of media in webview attachment

You can upload media in Raisers Edge and it appears in webview.  The opposite is not true.  If you upload via webview, it cannot be seen in Raisers Edge (and cannot be queried on, etc.)

    True..unfortunately.   Media added in Database view will mirror in Web view in approx. 60min.  The drop and drag feature - so handy when putting attachments in Webview - does not sync to Database view.  Also, you cannot download a doc on a cloud drive to Media in database view.   Frustrating to our grants folks here, as you can imagine.

    What?  Attachments disappear if we merge records in database view?  If this is still an issue, it's a serious flaw.

    and then to have them disappear if constituents are merged in the database view..... even worse!  don't let me merge the constituents if media has been added from the webview, or perhaps notify me before I can move them.
