Show good addresses first and bad addresses farther

Show good addresses first and bad addresses farther down the list.

I should be able to see the primary address first, then the other addressed in order with GOOD/VALID/ALTERNATE/SECONDARY etc. addresses next, and LASTLY any bad or "do not mail" addresses.
