Be able to see 'Notes' (and other info) separate from 'Action Summary' on Work Center Actions tab

The current Work Center Actions tab column choices do not permit the user to view a separate column of 'Notes.' Currently, the Action Summary column includes:  type, constituent, date of the action (which is redundant if the viewer also chooses to see the Date column), and any additional notes (no Action Summary as found in the Action is listed). Breaking out the Action Summary column components into separate columns as choices for this view would allow more efficient selection and review of the data that is important to the user - including the actual Action Summary as noted in the Action.

    Fundraisers would like to see what's written in the note under Last Action and/or Next Action for their entire portfolio of assignments.
