If Blackbaud wants to champion AI, this would be a great use case. With several thousand volunteers active over the course of the year at our organization, maintaining active Job Assignments became too cumbersome for us. Instead, we rely only maintaining accurate Timesheet information which displays the Job(s) done by any given volunteer. AI could eliminate the need for staff to enter/update/maintain Job Assignments and just summarize it for us, based on timesheet entries :)
