Add Events as first-class data objects in RE NXT, similar to gifts

We are moving to RE NXT and feel like we are leaving our Events Manager behind. I don't understand why Events can't be promoted to first-class fields the way gifts have been in RE NXT. Our Events Manager works off of dashboards that monitor event registrations and the tiles seem perfect for moving to RE NXT.

Please keep me posted when EAP is available for users. Events is in need of smoother functionality outside of database view.

Would love to be part of the EAP!

I'm very glad to hear about the EAP for events is about to launch! I have heard from a Blackbaud rep that the seating chart will not be added until a much later date. I am sorry to hear this.

Just want to emphasize that this element of the event module is crucial for those non-profits who regularly have banquet dinners, or use the seating for numbered ticketing.

    Thank you!

We are preparing to go into our Early Adopter Program (EAP) for the events experience. Stay tuned for future roadmap updates for when you can expect to see this capability!

I'm sure this hasnt been overlooked, but I'm adding my voice to this as well - this is critical for us as well, and would help extract one last business process from Database View!

This is imperative for every non-profit. Events are a huge revenue source.

Events NEED to be a first class object for many reasons, as the database view of events is cumbersome
