It would be helpful if we could limit a Gift Officer's ability to assign himself as Solicitor, and yet still allow him to see unassigned prospects.  Right now Fundraiser Security is all or nothing - GO can either see all unassigned constituents and have the ability to assign himself as a solicitor or GO can't do either.  This distinction does exist in Classic RE, it would be helpful if this carried over.  GO need the ability to see unassigned constituents for viewing potential prospects, but we can only have one central person coordinating the assigning of Solicitors to prospects.
