It is not possible to navigate to the Fundraising or Lists menu (or their submenus) using keyboard only.  This means any user with an accessibility requirement that cannot use a mouse cannot use these aspects of web view.  I'd suggest including these menus in the tab sequence.

On a similar venu web view would benefit form adding button labels (invisible - as alt tags I think?) to the collapse / expand panel options on the constitunet form (or any other form).
