Single place to change all organizational settings/preferences

When updating or reviewing the NXT web view settings, there are a lot of little gear icons here and there, and if you have a tile collapsed, you can't see them. This should only affect the supervisors/admins, but I would love to have all those little settings menus grouped in a separate section so that they can be updated or audited all in one place. As I go through my db to get it set up for my users, I worry that I'm missing some setting somewhere because it's buried in the menu that I haven't stumbled upon yet. Or if we want to audit our settings and make sure they're still valid (we do this once or twice a year as part of our db health processes), we will have to remember where the settings are located or find a file on our server somewhere, instead of having a central point in the db/web view itself.

 

I was actually a little bit surprised that these things weren't included with the "Attachments for Funds" (etc.) items in the Control Panel already!
