Add to Home screen - Maintenance schedule announcements

It would be great if Maintenance Schedule announcements can be to the Home or a have a pop-up to let users know when service will be affected.  Currently, we are relying on Admins to disseminate the info.

    Or better yet, a setting for this.  In my last job, alerts for RE7 went to many people; as the DBA, I didn't care for that because I would get questions or concerns about alerts that they didn't need to worry about.  So I would have preferred to be the one to get the alerts and share them as needed.
