If Next Step Task is needed when adding an Action, it would be helpful if a Reminder notification was sent to the RE Home Page of the person Assigned the task. This would be the individual selected in the Assign To box.
Also - to add onto this... It would also be helpful if the anyone on the fundraising staff could be assigned in the Next Action box, not just solicitors. Many times the next action would be handled by administrative staff, not solicitors. For example, if research needed to be performed as a next step, the assigned individual for next step should be the prospect researcher.
