Rather than having Needs attention at the top of the work center, it would be great to highlight upcoming and/or overdue actions with details (follow up phone call, follow up from email, etc.) in a to do list style format specific to the fundraiser logged in.
This information can be accessed in the actions tab using a filter, but seems to me to be the most needed information for fundraisers to start their day. That's why it would make the most sense front and center (filters and sorting is going back to less user friendly rather than the beautiful UI that has been developed for NXT).
