A Login report would be a good report to be available for us to run on our own.  Minimally, it needs to have the username, and login time and logout time.   A separate report that summarized total hours that a user used Raisers  Edge would be very helpful as well. I would use it to see time spent changing addresses prior to tax season. It would be a handy tool for me. People always over dramatize how much time they spend doing what. It would be a good way to see how much time is spent in raisers edge.  It can be like the one that I request your support run for me.   i put it in the category of data analysis, but really it's a request for a report.
