a direct link to the user's own constituent record in the database view that could display on the NXT user's web view homepage

I think it would be a good idea to create a link on a constituent's profile in Raiser's Edge NXT to their constituent record in he Rasier's Edge system.

For instance, if I am under Jane Doe's NXT profile I could click on a hyperlink that is on her name and it would go and open Raiser's Edge and open her record right away.
