Add "Addressee/Salutation" field to organization records.

I need to be able to have organization address information in one place, without creating a relationship. Our school has inter-connected individuals and organizations, and I need to be able to address people - on the same export - as individuals at the same time I address the same person at his/her business. Right now, that's impossible. It creates convoluted work-arounds, and wastes time.

    Wish I could vote 10000 times at once. I totally agree that organizational records need a salutation field. It is so ugly without. We have very long org names and to have the repeated in a salutation field is just awful. With support groups we like to address them as Dear Members or such rather than the full repeat of the name.
