Outlook integration to NXT - Closed Status

I think it would be helpful to be able to mark the status as "closed" when you add an action through Outlook.

I second what Nicola has said. We do not like the actions added are automatically marked as ’completed’ and there is no option within the integration to leave it as pending.

If you could tick the completed checkbox when adding the action via outlook, that would be useful too
