We have many donors who pay their pledges using our online donation systems. We just started implementing the donor-pay option, but it turns out that if a donor used donor-cover, I'm unable to apply their gift to their original pledge because the donation amount is more than the pledge. At the moment I can mark the gift as a one-time gift and then in database view mark it as a pledge payment, but what's going to happen once database view goes away? This really should be addressed.
