Ability to filter on Campaigns, Appeals, and Funds 'Progress to Goal' in NXT

I'd like the ability to be able to filter 'Progress to Goal' on campaign, appeal, or fund records. Currently, there is the option to filter at the top portion of the campaign, fund, or appeal record but the filter doesn't filter the 'Progress to Goal' tile. It's important to be able to filter the progress to goal specifically on campaigns because our campaigns are evergreen and we have the same campaign but different goals for each FY.
