In multi row queries users can easily drag and drop output fields which makes it easy to move fields around as you need to. In single row queries, this isn't an option. Instead you have to access the three dots menu and then move them up or down one at a time. While this is also how it works in database view, at least once you highlight a row it stays highlighted and you just have to click the move button. The current single-row query movement format is very inefficient becuse every time you want to move something it requires two clicks.
