I am finding this Duplicate Management Tool in RENXT a poor functionality that I cannot work with.

1. When going through the list after selecting whether to merge or not, it takes you back to the top of the list which is a bad idea and have to go scrolling down where I left off in order to continue. Example, if click on the 3 dots to merge a record, once that is done, it goes back to the top of the list and have to scroll down where I left off to continue. horrible. time wasted.

2. While in Duplicate Management Tool, in search box, it does not let me search by different things such as "The Lates", using a range like aab-caa or any other ranges like all ID's = USA-123445, TOR-23456, HAM-56789 etc., like you do in query. We have cities using ID's in front of the generated number and cannot use that to go through the list and see whether it needs to be merged or not.

It is now wasting my time to do a clean-up of duplicates and have to find another way in order to get this cleaned up by September 2027 when database is no longer functions and to start using RENXT.

This search box needs to be able to do all sorts and not use the filters as it does not work very well, horrible.

Blackbaud, you are wasting my time to get this cleaned up and unless you have a better idea.

I am for one that is standing up and speaking out to all those that hates this Duplicate Management Tool and as being an administrator.

I do hope everyone agrees with me and vote on this to get this resolve urgently, otherwise the database will never be cleaned up and to prevent showing up on reports etc.
