I export mailing lists heavily and have always been able to pull simply from the address section in the Preferred Address to get the address lines, city, state, zip AND if the constituent's preferred address is their business we could also pull over from that same area in export the ORGANIZATION NAME too. This is not an option in NXT query/export. PLEASE BRING THAT OVER!!!!
