I have learned that it can take up to and at times at least 30 minutes for data updates to sync in Raiser's Edge webview - I have come up against this when updating records and when entering gifts. It is really really hard to work with this, as we often have to pull reports and queries based upon most up to date data, and even data that has just been updated. Having used other web based tools that do seem to allow for instant data updates to be used immediately - it seems like a tool as sophisticated as Raiser's Edge should be able to do this as well.
