Currently, once an Action has been saved in Raiser's Edge NXT with an attachment, there is no option to add additional attachments, replace the original attachment, or delete it. Although the Action's text can still be edited, making changes to its attachments requires deleting the entire Action and recreating it from scratch.

This is particularly frustrating when using Actions to document ongoing email correspondence. I frequently save both the body of an email and a PDF of the full email exchange. As conversations continue and email threads grow longer, I need to update the attached PDF to reflect the latest correspondence. Currently, doing so requires recreating the entire Action, even when the only change needed is to the attachment.

Suggested Improvement: Allow users to add, replace, and delete attachments within existing Actions without having to delete and recreate the Action itself.

This would make Actions much more practical for tracking ongoing communications, reduce duplicate data entry, and help maintain complete and accurate records of constituent interactions.
