We currently enter gift batches using yyyy-mm-dd [Cash/CC/PayPal/etc.] [staff initials] format. The "GFT-" currently in the default batch number is meaningless to us and we neither want or need that in our default batch number which would be 2026-1 [leaving the rest for the staff to fill out for each batch entered]. We'd again need to be able to change it to 2027-0 at the beginning of next year, etc.
