Improve gift entry, reporting, and reconciliation by allowing receipt amounts to be recorded and reported at the individual fund split level for gifts allocated across multiple funds. When entering a split gift, users need the ability to record the receipt amount associated with each individual fund allocation, rather than having receipt information available only at the overall gift level. This enhancement would improve gift processing accuracy, reduce manual tracking and spreadsheet work, support fund-level reporting, and strengthen reconciliation and audit documentation. It would also provide Advancement Services with more detailed information for gift acknowledgment, receipt verification, and financial reporting.
