In DB view, Global Change - Constituent defaults to Include... All Constituents. In training, we're warned about this, how easy it is to commit a change to the entire database that was only supposed to hit a short list of 20 records, all because the user didn't begin by clicking "Include...". In web view, are you planning to revise this design? I would prefer, from experience cleaning up weird data messes, that the default isn't All Constituents going forward. Perhaps "select query" is the default experience, with an option to nuke the system with an All Constituents button buried a little deeper and with a few more safeguards around it (for example: "are you SURE???!!!").
