We currently use scheduled Queries, Exports and Imports through the Queue in database view. Our scheduled Exports save files directly to an FTP folder, and our scheduled Imports retrieve files from the FTP folder.

This FTP functionality is important because it allows us to automate recurring processes, particularly populating data within RE NXT, without someone manually downloading, moving or uploading files.

As functionality moves from database view to web view, we would like the ability to retain the same FTP-based workflow.

Ideally, web view would allow users to:

• Configure an FTP/SFTP location for scheduled Exports.

• Automatically save exported files to the configured location.

• Configure scheduled Imports to retrieve files from an FTP/SFTP location.

• Run these processes automatically on a schedule without requiring manual file downloads or uploads.

Maintaining this capability would help organisations that already have automated processes built around FTP continue those workflows when transitioning from database view to web view.
