When the client marks a constituent as deceased in Raiser's Edge NXT web view, they can attach an obituary file or link using the Attach Files option next to Obituary. After saving, they couldn't find the obituary information on the constituent's profile. In web view, the link appears under the general Attachments section and isn't labelled as an obituary, so it's hard to tell apart from other attachments. In Database View, the obituary link doesn't appear anywhere on the constituent record. The client would like the obituary attachment to be clearly labelled in web view and visible on the constituent record in Database View, so their team can easily find it in both.
