This would rely solely on the the inactive check box and would have nothing to do with "do not contact' checkboxes. It would save time when compiling a dataset and you want to break it out, or sort and review as to which segment might be emailed, versus phoned, versus needs mail, versus we don't know how to reach them at alll. If custom tags designed like a business rule ever come, this is the first thing I'd do with it! :)
