When a recurring gift or recurring credit card payment is placed on hold in Raiser’s Edge NXT Web View, provide an option to automatically send a notification to the constituent confirming that their recurring payment has been placed on hold.

Currently, organizations need to notify the constituent manually. An automatic notification would provide constituents with confirmation of the change and reduce the need for manual communication by organization staff.
