Proposing that when we have our data review settings set to review unmatched constituents, that the Event module in NXT should still add the registrant and information to the participant list.

We have an upcoming event where we weren't seeing someone who said that they had submitted their registration. But when we went to the participant list, we could not find them in the list. We found them (along with 4 other registrations) in the alert at the top that referenced unmatched constituents for review.

While that banner is helpful (and should remain as part of the functionality), I would like to suggest that the constituents that need reviewing be populated in the participant list even if they are not matched yet. With that, they should still be identified as "Unmatched" in the participant list for transparency.

Currently, there is functionality that shows a small banner under a registrant that labels them as "New Constituent". I'm proposing the same functionality be used in identifying "Unmatched" (preferably in the same orange color as the banner across the top).

Without the unmatched constituents being listed in the participant list, it does not provide accurate information to our Event Director when trying to run a participant list and/or account for expected registrations.
