Increase or eliminate character limit for action summary/description
The character limit for an action summary in Raiser's Edge is 255 characters. The character limit should be increased or eliminated to accommodate high level summaries of meetings, correspondence, outcomes, etc.

Something to consider - our previous database had a character limit of 2000. We frequently had directors put their entire contact report into the summary instead of doing a true summary with further detail in the call report. Picture multi-paragraph emails in the summary. I agree that sometimes 255 characters feels too limiting, but I'll take that over a giant limit any day.
