I enter donations that are hard credited to an organization and soft credited to an individual donor. In Database View, I use the recurring gift reference field to identify the donor associated with each recurring gift.

In NXT Web View, that reference information is not visible when selecting a recurring gift to apply a payment. This creates a significant workflow issue for organizations with 10 or more recurring gifts, particularly when several recurring gifts have the same amount and fund. Without the reference information, there is no practical way to determine which recurring gift belongs to which donor without looking up the information separately.

Please add the same type of recurring gift selection pop-up available in Database View, including the recurring gift reference, so users can identify the correct gift when applying a payment.

Additionally, comments from the recurring gift should carry forward to the recurring gift payment. Requiring users to locate this information elsewhere and manually re-enter it adds substantial unnecessary work to a process that was straightforward in Database View.
