NXT Standard Donation forms - add option to prevent donor from choosing 'Next payment on' date for Recurring Gift
NXT Standard Donation forms for Recurring Gifts all have the option for the donor to define the 'Next Payment on' date - and this can be set up to 52 weeks in advance.
There is currently NO option in Standard Donation forms for Recurring Gifts to simply be processed relative to the date of sign-up and with no ability to change the 'Next payment on' date, but this is not consistent with industry practice.
In short, it would be incredibly helpful if there was an option for the 'Next payment on' field to be removed

Ah, I see it now too. My apologies for missing that. We'll discuss this on our end and see when we can add in an option to hide this since I agree with you! Thank you again for the feedback.

I don't know that this functionality does exist, and this is precisely why I'm proposing this idea
When I follow those instructions, and as per the design of our form, the option still exists for the first payment to process when the donor submits the form, HOWEVER the 'Next payment on' field is still available and it's this field that is the issue as it allows donors to then choose when the payments continue (see screenshot):
Hello! This functionality already exists and a recent release made this option the default for how the form is set up. When you edit the Ask Ladder component inside of the Donation Form Designer step (Step 3. Form), click to the Recurring tab and make sure the radio button "When donor submits form" is selected under "First payment processes". Please reach out to support if you don't see this option. Any new forms you create moving forward should have this pre-selected. We appreciate your feedback!
