Create chat integration or Chat module to connect with staff about donors

I would love to see NXT turn into a more team-friendly CRM. It would be great to chat back and forth with the Development staff in a 'Chat' module simillar to many other CRM's. We would be able to tag each other on certain Donors, Gifts, Opportunities, etc.

    I agree - I came from using Salesforce and I didn't expect that the "chatter" feed is the feature I miss the most (after some superb customizable analytics/dashboards). I would love to be able to tag my team on a constituent to start discussions specifically about them and have it 'recorded' on their chatter feed.
