I report on donor recapture rates each month. I use the Recapture fundraising dashboard under Analysis for this project. All of a sudden, the numbers reported [this month] seem inflated. I looked back at previous months; RE isn't giving me the same data that it did when I looked in those months. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, how do you find the number of recaptured donors each month? Any help is greatly appreciated.
