When adding Donations for an Event Participant, we need to see the APPEAL and PACKAGE codes

The APPEAL and PACKAGE codes are needed to correctly choose which donor gift to apply as a donation (Revenue in NXT) for the specific event. This gift data is NOT available in Database View. Will they be available in NXT?

    Related: we also need to be able to ADD a donation/gift as REVENUE for an Event even though the donor was not invited nor attended the event.
