Consituent Code End Date be Deceased Date

When marking a constituent as deceased, it automatically adds constituent code end dates as TODAY. This would be much more helpful if the end date is the same as the deceased date - only mark as today if deceased date is left blank.

    We do not mark all of the deceased person's constituent codes as ended with the deceased date, we want to be able to have constituent codes still show as open as they did when the person was alive. Please do not continue to add the end dates to the constituent codes automatically. If someone wants to add that information at the time the person is coded as deceased that is fine, but not automatically please.
